At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If for whatever reason you experience a problem with our product or are unsatisfied, please send us a message (Instagram or email) and we will be happy to help you resolve the issue.


+ Can you make custom candles?
We sure do, and we love making them! Message us on Instagram or send an email with what your thoughts are and let's make it happen.


+ Is there a local pick-up option?
Absolutely! Upon checkout, you will be prompted whether you'd like your package delivered or if you'd like to pick-up. Please DM our Instagram or send us an email to schedule a date and time after payment.


+ My tracking says my package was delivered, but I didn't receive it.

Sometimes tracking is inaccurate, and it says packages have been delivered although they are still on the way. Wait it out 1-2 days and if it's still not in your hands, reach out to us.
